Nike Air Max 1 LV8 “Martian Sunrise” Boasts A Full Leather Upper

Earlier this year, the Nike Air Max 90 was redesigned to better resemble its OG counterpart, with everything from its form to its construction changing quite dramatically. And though far less subtle, the Air Max 1 seems to be undergoing a similar treatment as the newly added “LV8” namesake signifies a sizable jump in quality.

Alongside its debut, the pair will mimic an original colorway quite closely, though the exact specs are just a few shades off. Across the mudguard, swoosh, branding, and eyelets, a reddish “Martian Sunrise” leads, accenting over top panels of a light, neutral “Wolf Gray.” Elsewhere, miniature checks embroider the toe in bright white thread, matching that of the midsole, lace unit, and leather-constructed under layer.
