Although its 30th anniversary celebration culminated in November with its return to “Infrared” form, the Nike Air Max 90 has emerged in a handful of notable arrangements since. The latest arrives in a predominantly “White” color scheme, but with uncommon burlap construction at the toe box and across the ankle.
While not new to the beloved Nike Sportswear proposition, having appeared on the Air Max 90 “Crepe” from the mid-2000s, the coarse canvas material makes its first appearance on the re-crafted silhouette on the recently-surfaced pair. The shades of “White” that take over everything from profile swooshes to TPU panels on the heel allow the brown material to revel in the spotlight. Unlike the aforementioned hemp-constructed option, the forthcoming release doesn’t indulge in any high-vis blue branding. Instead, the latest burlap-featuring Air Max a bright coral-colored sockliner. As with its predecessor, however, a gum brown outsole rounds out the understated makeup.
