With the rise of hiking-inspired footwear styles, sports athletics brands have been busy crafting new sneakers fit for the trails by incorporating color-blocked elements and outdoor-ready materials. The upcoming adidas Terrex Free Hiker combines both the hiking aesthetic and the brand’s footwear innovations to deliver a model fit for this season.
adidas’s Terrex line consists of silhouettes that embrace durability and comfort to withstand all sorts of outdoor excursions. The uppers of this pair are mostly in the neon Hi-Res Yellow, with tonal yellow-green accents as complements. Splashes of neon pink are also found on the heel loop. This colorblocking, as well as the rope-like laces and black Continental Rubber grips on the outsole mimic features common among models dedicated to hiking.
The pair is slated to release on December 22nd for $200 at adidas.com, so enjoy official images below while you wait.
In other adidas news, the Ultra Boost 5.0 Uncaged is arriving in an “Oreo” colorway.
