Sneaker News Gum soles on the lifestyle-friendly Air Jordan 1 Low give off a bit of that SB vibe, don’t they? Whether you’re rocking casually, for skating, or for casual skating, this upcoming colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Low seems to hit all those points on the heat with a clean Arctic Pink leather upper, which Swoosh, and solid gum soles. And while these don’t exactly capture a baroque brown in any way, we can’t help but draw comparisons to Stussy’s 2005 SB Dunk Low, a shoe that skyrocketed in value in the sneaker secondary market.
The Air Jordan 1 Low did in fact touch bases with the skate crowd over the last couple of years; a few Air Jordan 1 Low SB releases connected the dots between the AJ1’s role in skate culture with the help of Eric Koston and Lance Mountain, while NOLA-based boutique Sneaker Politics made the AJ1 Low the centerpiece of its own Jordan-centric skate club that shed a spotlight on the local skating community.
A release date for this AJ1 Low for women haven’t been released, but don’t think twice when you see these in stock; Lows typically appear by random. For shoes with firm Jordan Release Dates, peep the upcoming Air Jordan 4 “Starfish”.
