Michael Le the Nike Air Foamposite Pro is unquestionably just as iconic today as it was years prior. And though it lost a bit of speed in the past few years, 2021 spells only good things for the silhouette as the Swoosh has recently unveiled an upcoming “Volt” colorway. This scheme, as confirmed today, will be making its way to the much smaller Little Posite Pro as well, all the details effectively downsized.
What’s lost in the transition is unsurprisingly minimal. Everything from the carbon fiber heel plate to the shell upper is replicated near perfectly, the main distinction being the differently-sized form factors. Elsewhere, the Swoosh, despite embedding into the profile similarly, displays its edges more visibly as the fixture is not seamlessly melded like the adult option. Elsewhere, though, the eye stay leathers, slightly translucent tooling, mesh tongue, and the like are close to 1:1 even down to their embroidered logos.
