The Air Jordan 5 Low “Chinese New Year” Releases Tomorrow

This year, Jordan Brand pulled out all the stops for Chinese New Year. Not only have they released an Air Jordan 35, but they’re also soon to bring the very same wearway execution to the Air Jordan 5 Low.

Debuting tomorrow, the Jordan 5 Low CNY is rather deceptive of its central inspiration. Initially, the exterior features a white, almost light cream canvas, one layered on rather thin to subtly reveal the artistry just underneath. Adjacent, the eye stays, lace toggle, tongue, lining, and midsole trim are embellished with auspicious red accents, matching part of the patch insignia stitched onto the counter. And then, once the pair is finally put through the ringer, you’ll be able to witness the firecracker-inspired display first hidden.

Take another look at the AJ5 Low Chinese New Year here. A release, as stated previously, is on its way for tomorrow, Jan. 23rd. Head over to the Jordan 5 CNY Store List to help secure your pair.

In other news, the Air Jordan 6 Carmine has just been revealed in its full kids size run.
