Never has the Air Force 1 been more experimental. In the past few years, even outside of their collaborations, Nike has taken great liberties with the design of the silhouette, often contorting it past the point of familiarity. In the case of the aptly named Air Force 1 Experimental, the N.354 sub-label has taken this to the most dramatic degree, covering the iconic uppers in thick layers of foam.
Following a couple neutral varieties, the model is back for 2021, now dressed in even bolder hits of hot pink. From the forefoot back to the heel, the panels are sealed over top with the colorful layer, with many of the original shapes tightly packed within. “N.354” text is laid out atop, marked with a light blue shade, volt stickers mark the heel, gum bottoms outfit underfoot, and grey tongues finish in nylon.

In other news, the Air Structure Triax 91 Infrared is returning.
