Jayson Tatum Sports A Video Game Themed Air Jordan 35 PE

Jordan Brand has been on a roll with the Player Exclusives this season, with many of their athletes now proud owners to a small collection of specially-made Air Jordan 35s. The latest, which was just revealed in detail last night, comes from the mind of Jayson Tatum and his personal experience playing video games with his son, Deuce.

As such, the PE is capped off with “DEUCE” along the inside tongue, further establishing the colorway as a tribute solely to him. Around, the cloth lining dyes a bright green, one heavily reminiscent of XBOX’s signature colors. The black exterior, which is constructed of both mesh and leather materials, furthers such a connection in tandem with the silver grey tongue, instep, and toe that likely nod to the console’s chrome accents. Elsewhere, the uppers begins to add details allusive of something entirely different: the checkered flags along the heel seem to be borrowed from the racing genre, while the gradient-dressed side panel is a bit more difficult to pinpoint.

Take a look at Tatum’s gaming-inspired AJ35 right here.

In other news, the AMBUSH Nike Dunk High Cosmic Fuchsia is on the way for next week.
