Towards the end of 2020, the Ultra Boost franchise started to gain more attention from the adidas design team and has been keeping the momentum since. In the midst of Ultraboost 21 releases, a new Ultra Boost 5.0 is arriving in a black and white, Oreo-like colorway, to be available in both men’s and women’s sizings.
Uppers constructed of the recycled Primeblue material see yarns of black and white for a high-contrast, knit patterned design. Rather than the standard plastic lace cage and heel counter, this pair opts for soft, black textiles dressing these elements. A signature foam white Boost midsole balances out the aforementioned black details and further carries out the Oreo color scheme. Underfoot, a Continental Rubber outsole completes the look while delivering traction.
Both Ultra Boosts will be available at adidas.com on February 18th for $180.
