Currently in its 39th year on the market, the Nike Air Force 1 has been flexing its experimental muscles, as it’s recently donned several eyebrow-raising arrangements. Soon joining propositions from Nike Sortswear’s N.354 imprint is a Crater Foam-cushioned option accompanied by a FlyKnit upper.
Set to launch in both men and women’s sizing, the forthcoming pair indulges in a “Wolf Grey/White/Pure Platinum/Gym Red” palette, with the final outcome skewing on the side of a greyscale styling. The Swoosh’s proprietary knit construction extends from the tip of the toe to the spine, with overlays along the tongue, at the mid-foot and heel donning a suede makeup. Lace dubraes forgo their usual metallic finish in favor of a matte “Wolf Grey,” while “NIKE AIR”-branded labels on the tongue boast stark “Gym Red” contrast. Underfoot, tooling introduced by the Space Hippie lineup opt out of any multi-color scheme found throughout the upper in favor of a speckled, light grey composition.
An exact Nike SNKRS release date is unknown, but this Air Force 1 Low-variant is likely to launch in the summer given its breathable nature.
Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. family, Team Jumpman is set to launch the Air Jordan 1 “University Blue” on March 6th.
UPDATE (04/15/2021):
