The Nike Air Max 90 has recently emerged in an array of styles, with one of the most eye-catching being the kid’s mismatched “Exeter Edition” pair. Official images have just surfaced revealing that the same theme will arrive for adults, but as two individual pairs.
While their inspiration remains vague, the forthcoming styles feature non-standard, up-cycled materials throughout its upper and sole unit. Textile and fabric components across the sneakers’ top-halves predominantly indulge in either “Black” or “White” schemes. Unlike their Grade School-counterparts, however, adult propositions forgo any Nike Regrind detailing on their eye-stays and heel panel in favor for a traditional TPU makeup. Most of these panels join the inner lining and “AIR MAX“-branded cutout on the profiles in a bold “Volt” hue, which also appears throughout the outsole in varying shades. Elsewhere, midsole foam opts into a “colorless” arrangement that allows for the surrounding detailing to revel that much more in the spotlight. Waffle-patterned tread underfoot partially boasts the sustainability-focused Nike Regrind material, introducing yet more color into the pairs.
Enjoy official images of the adult’s Air Max 90 “Exeter Edition” ahead, and expect the shoes to hit Nike.com throughout summer.
