Reebok Adds “Neon Mint” Flair To A Women’s-Exclusive Kamikaze II Low

Reebok Adds “Neon Mint” Flair To A Women’s-Exclusive Kamikaze II Low

Much of Reebok‘s more surprising successes of the last two years has arrived via collaborations with respected, often niche designers and/or institutions. And while the now-Massachusetts-based brand seems poised to continue this trend, it’s complementing joint-efforts with sole endeavors. Case in point: A women’s-exclusive Kamikaze II Low produced for the “IT’S A MAN’S WORLD” campaign.

As suggested by its struck-out style (see sneaker’s insole), the initiative’s title aims to empower women by challenging the long-established status quo. Created in time for Women’s History Month, the pair blends the low-top Kamikaze II‘s bold design with a bevy of statement-making details, namely a “Neon Mint/Boulder Grey/True Grey 7” color palette. The disparate tones work in tandem with a mix of materials across the upper to deliver what’ll surely be a divisive arrangement to some.

Enjoy official images of the women’s-exclusive basketball retro here below, and find pairs available right now at select European webstores.
