The Nike Air Max 95 celebrated its milestone 25th anniversary in 2020. Instead of falling into obscurity, however, Sergio Lozano’s design has emerged in dozens of impressive colorways throughout 2021 so far, with LeBron James joining in on the fun, too. A newly-surfaced style forgoes any collaborative flair in favor of Nike Sportswear’s own touches.
Clad in a “Light Smoke Grey/Smoke Grey/Midnight Navy” colorway, the forthcoming drop features a synthetic and textile construction. Yet, its most distinct detailing is the all-over branding that covers the upper from toe tip to spine. While free of any reflective coating, “nsw” and “Nike Sportswear” text throughout the iconic Air Max model deliver an attention-grabbing component to the otherwise understated proposition. Elsewhere, shades of blue animate the lace loops, collar and swooshes on both sides of the heel.
An official release date is unknown, but this Air Max 95 is likely to hit Nike.com before summer ends. While you wait, enjoy images of the pair ahead.
