Jovani Hernandez Teased two months after its debut, the Prada Luna Rossa 21 by adidas is set to return soon in a deep silver colorway.
Despite notable criticism, the made-for-sailing silhouette quickly garnered attention among savvy fashion consumers. This follow-up colorway delivers a more pronounced aesthetic than the overwhelmingly-white inaugural style, while still boasting the meticulously-executed, opaque arrangement developed by both European institutions. Shades of grey take over the entire PRIMEGREEN upper, which utilizes more than 50% recycled materials without sacrificing performance benefits. Profile perforations are visible along the the sidewalls, as is the BOOST foam midsole. “PRADA” branding enters the mix at at the lateral heel and spine, with the former displaying the Italian fashion house’s sportstyle-focused red Luna Rossa logo. Lastly, the America’s Cup-reminiscent shoes come packaged with co-branded, drawstring carrying bags.
