Jovani Hernandez Ostensibly taking a page out of its sister company’s book, Reebok has recently teased a three-sneaker collection in collaboration with Universal Pictures Amblin Entertainment’s Jurassic Park.
Although the Massachusetts-based company has previously created footwear inspired by and for iconic films, its forthcoming capsule brings the Michael Crichton-created world to shoe-form. An Instapump Fury, CL Legacy and Club C make up the trio, with the most former silhouette making the loudest statement. As with bold colorways it’s previously donned, Steven Smith’s design indulges in a bright yellow to vibrant green gradient across its upper. Red strips run the entirety of the sneaker’s top-half, surrounding the Jurassic Park franchise’s iconic dinosaur logo found on the Pump mechanism. Underfoot, sole units mostly indulge in a near-blinding yellow, but carbon fiber tooling on the outsole forgoes its traditional arrangement in favor of one depicting a breached machine.
