If you look at Jordan Brand’s past hits, you’ll see that patterns aren’t often at the top of the food chain. But while that may be the case for adults, the kids’ category is an entirely different ballpark, so this Air Jordan 1 Low might have a leg to stand on.
And its use of print is rather selective and moderate. The collar, which deals funky, retro-stylized mosaics, is but a small, rather subtle addition next to the solid-toned panels adjacent. Black dresses the toe cap as well as the eye stays, while white jersey mesh further delivers the neutrals at the tongue and profile. Behind, though, the collar matches the backing of the aforementioned graphic in light blue; its secondary color, a highlighter yellow, also complements along the forefoot.
Finished with volt lining and chaotically customized insoles, this AJ1 Low should hit Nike.com as well as select retailers soon.
In other news, the Aqua adidas NMD Hu is coming this weekend.
