Every year, Nike N7 gives volume to the stories of indigenous communities. Spoken through footwear and apparel, the collection integrates traditional patterns, colors, and techniques, all often coming together to form one large yet cohesive package. And if this forthcoming Dunk Low is any indication, we may soon witness the most impressive range yet.
Though simple in color, the pair features a number of seemingly hand-done/hand-stitched embellishments. For example, braided leathers accent the outline of the Swoosh, weaving underneath the heel tab and exiting to a pressed end. The tongue features similar craftsmanship, with fine, natural leathers overlaid atop featuring Nike N7 logos as well as a “Design For Seven Generations” mantra. Dubraes and soles follow suit in the tan color, while the purple suede upper keeps it simple aside from the ornate embroideries that dress the toe and counter.

In other news, the Dunk Low University Blue is also coming soon.
