Michael Le Kawhi Leonard’s signature New Balance KAWHI returns this season with one of its most vibrant colorways yet: the pattern-dressed “Velocity Red.”
Likely to hit the courts in due time, the offering strings together a number of vivid shades. A bright, near-neon green marks both the lining and tongue, while the branding over top the latter accents with various bits of equally loud yellow. Greys surround along mesh and leather adjacent, while the titular red shade dresses the glossy finishes of the heel clip as well as the forefoot’s taping. What’s more, the mid-panel rounds off the design with complementing braid-inspired stitching.
