Michael Le Collaboratively, Union has been afforded a great deal of creative freedom from Jordan. Previously, the two delivered droves of apparel, wide selections of footwear, and even a special animated short to match. And soon, for the boutique’s on-going anniversary celebrations, we’ll see not just one but two new iterations of their Air Jordan 4.
This pair, which was recently revealed by sneaker leakers, is rather divisive color-wise. “Desert Moss” shades take the lead, dressing the thicker, vintage-esque suedes that cover the toe, profile, and eye stays. Underneath, the mesh is equally vivid, opting for a deeper “Dark Iris” shade throughout. And while neutrals do arrive by way of the midsole, netting, and see-through support wings, they’re large overshadowed by the aforementioned as well as the “Turquoise Blue” accents adjacent. This loud cool tone makes its mark along the entire heel tab, the forward eyelets, and the label to the stitched down tongue.
