Following a rather vibrant selection of releases, the Nike Air Max 96 II is dropping quite a bit of its usual color. Though with the assist of pastels, the scheme ensures it’s at least part-equipped to celebrate the Spring/Summer.
Ostensibly exclusive to women, the scheme starts with a simple Triple White base. The neutral dresses the entirety of the tooling as well as the leather overlays. And though it may also take the lead along the mesh base, it has a bit of help from a few “Pure Platinum” accents. The Swoosh along the profile and strip atop the tongue are doubly as interesting, as both pair the aforementioned grey with a louder “Bright Mango.” What’s more, the latter also hues the tongue’s Air Max branding.
