Sneaker News With Virgil Abloh taking steps to slowly reveal his upcoming 50-pair Off-White Nike Dunk assortment, we’re seeing even more on the unofficial side of things as sneaker leakers continue to reveal some of the many pairs in the upcoming “Dear Summer” collection. Pictured here is a look at a crisp white iteratinoo that sees the same leather/canvas material upper best with metallic silver Swoosh overlays, Helvetica text on the upper, and light mint green loops to lock down that wide-lace system that ran rampant through Virgil’s Nike collaborations in 2019. Giving these a bit of that aged look is a solid outsole in a dingy yellow, while the exterior plaque on the midsole that reads 01 of 50 is featured in a solid grey.
This colorway is not one of the infamous “mock-ups” that Virgil himself panned earlier in March, but the guesses aren’t too far off from what we’ve seen. In fact, Abloh’s comments suggest we should expect something completely different, but we’ll have to wait for an official announcement – one that is likely to come in the Fall.
