Space Jam: A New Legacy is nearly here and Nike has more than enough footwear for the debut. Alongside a series of LeBron signatures, the brand has incorporated the film’s themes throughout their many classic shoes. Here, the Air Force 1 hits the big screen yet again, featuring a near all-black colorway that sports some futuristic, cybernetic patterns.
Unlike its recent Lola-themed alternate, this pair shines no overt spotlight on one character. Instead, multiple silhouettes dress the blacked out panels, each blended into the tonal traces throughout the toe, heel, and eyestays. Only the mid-panel deviates quite drastically, its technology-inspired design brought to the spotlight in a blue shade identical to that of the tongue’s label. Finally, underfoot, glow-in-the-dark soles add a touch just a bit more alien.
