More Gradient Swooshes Appear On The Nike Air Force 1 Low

The Nike Air Force 1 Low isn’t a stranger to experimental arrangements from its parent brand. As Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design inches closer to its 40th anniversary, however, it’s ostensibly abandoned all reservations, appearing with gradient swooshes, heat-sensitive paneling, among other details.

At a glance, a newly-surfaced proposition falls in-line with other two-tone iterations of the Nike Sportswear classic, but closer inspection reveals otherwise. For starters, the upper forgoes its traditional smooth leather construction in favor of an arrangement comprising of perforated paneling at the mid-foot. Textured swooshes along the profiles are accompanied by a contrasting embroidered outline, while they boast a gradient finish featuring shades of yellow and green. Elsewhere, lace dubraes also contribute a color-shifting makeup to the Air Force 1 Low, although its color palette differs. Lastly, branding on the tongue and upper heel overlay abandon their standard styles, opting instead for new ones hinting at a larger Nike Sportswear collection.

Enjoy official images of this low-top Air Force 1 ahead, and anticipate a quiet Nike.com launch soon.
