Get Toasty With The Fleece Lined Nike Air Force 1 ’07 LXX

Excess is no doubt an issue in all aspects of fashion. Production on all levels plays some part in climate change, polluting to a degree almost irreparable. However, while that may be the case, doing any good is better than nothing; and in Nike’s case, they’ve dramatically shifted quote of bit of their business closer and closer to zero. Here, this Air Force 1 ’07 LXX further proves their dedication, its make-up composed ostensibly of recycled pieces.

Not quite outwardly evident like their Grind materials, the sustainability of this pair’s exterior lies in its seemingly random construction. Quilted synthetics wrap the entire shoe in shades of brown, orange, and black, the three often stitched together haphazardly along the eye stay and counter. The mid-panel exhibits a similar treatment, though there a mix of white and tan, half-complementing the earth tones of the toe, tongue, and the toasty fleece lining.

For a closer look, see the official images below. Sizes should appear at Nike.com likely during the colder months ahead.

In other news, the Air Force 1 Mid Flax is back.
