adidas and Reebok have a relationship not too unlike Nike and Converse, the two both apart yet together. And though seemingly undergoing a rather public divorce, both the Vector and Three Stripes are continuing to stay strong for their collaborative ZX Fury.
After a brief debut earlier in the year, the silhouette is back in the spotlight, sporting a total of four original ZX colorways right in time for the Fall. Each, some doused in bright blues, others equally vivid yellows, draws from the ZX 6000 through to the 9000, applying the silhouettes’ most iconic appearances atop the same framework. Glossy, semi-translucent synthetics build out the bladder, matching the shimmer of the toe cap and the collar’s pulls. Elsewhere, ZX-inspired heel clips and stripes dress the counter and profile, respectively, while co-branding pushes both the adidas and Reebok name along the instep.
For a closer look at all four iterations, see below. Sizes should appear on Reebok.com and possibly adidas.com as well come July 23rd.
