AMBUSH and NIKE, Inc. have partnered on a couple of projects that’ve found niche audiences, but their Nike Dunk High collaboration has quickly garnered attention from the masses. The latest proposition under this partnership arrives tomorrow, July 30th, dipped in a tonal, vibrant “Atomic Green” colorway.
Inspired by motorcycle gangs, Yoon Ahn’s update of Peter Moore’s 36-year-old design pushes the silhouette into the next three decades. The pair’s general build remains the same, but profile swooshes, collar areas and bottom heel areas have been reworked under AMBUSH guidelines. Like the high-quality leather upper, sole units on the Air Jordan 1-look-alike indulge in a uniform green hue. Only the profile swooshes and co-branding on the tongue label deviate from the tonal look with muted black.
Enjoy detailed images of the pair ahead before trying your luck tomorrow, July 30th.
Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. banner, the Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” is set to launch on December 11th.
