The Nike Air Max Plus Flips Its Iconic “Sunset” Colorway

The Nike Air Max Plus Flips Its Iconic “Sunset” Colorway

Nike, after reliving the past for the majority of 2020, is moving forward, using 2021 to establish a set of new, remixed classics. This Air Max Plus is but one example, its colorway effectively a flip of its iconic “Sunset” appearance.

Here, the dark to light orange gradient is thrust to the foreground, superimposed atop the cages and the cages alone. Underneath, the thick mesh fabric is dressed in black, matching the toe cap, mudguard, lace unit, and heel pieces adjacent. Below, white dominates along the tooling, outshining even its warm-tinged Air Units and its red-to-black midfoot.

Finished with the usual “Tn” and “Nike” emblems, the pair can be viewed in detail below. A release is sure to hit Nike.com and select retailers soon.

In other news, the Dunk Low Toasty is in the works.
