Japanese retailer atmos has put itself on the map with its long-time partnerships with numerous big-name sportswear brands. Collaborations continue with atmos teaming up with adidas for another adidas Forum Low. This time, the two ready the ’80s silhouette for the upcoming fall season with a “Wheat” makeover that includes suede uppers and boot-inspired details.
Similar to other seasonal footwear releases around this time of the year, the pair covers the entirety of its uppers—and even the ankle strap—in flax-colored suede. However, the side stripes opt for a lighter-colored suede and a coarser finish. Gold metal eyelets and dotted laces are design cues borrowed from autumn-ready boots that appear on this low-top silhouette. This style even features a gold ball chain hangtag that features the atmos logo embossed onto a suede patch. A plush, chocolate brown sockliner and gum brown sole unit complete the tonal look for a sleek makeover just in time for sweater weather.
Take a closer look at the Forum Low below, which will arrive at adidas.com and atmos in the coming months.
