Nike Adds Laser Sights To This Stealthy Air Force 1

Nike Adds Laser Sights To This Stealthy Air Force 1

The “Black/Red” combo is surely growing tired by now, its usage transcending far past the Air Jordan 1 it rooted from. And though — at a glance — nothing new, this Air Force 1 aims to give new life to the beloved pairing.

How it does so is rather simple, a mere shift of perspective. The blacked out base, which is made interesting by way of its texture, leans towards the ballistic, with thick mesh inserts and equally robust tongues. Elsewhere, the smooth and tumbled leathers give off a near metallic feel, while reflective touches further aid the loose militaristic theme. Then, the pops of red begin to come into play, dressing the few branded hits in a fashion that reminds of a gun’s laser sights.
