Not long back, Nike presented a peel-away Air Force 1 that would eventually become one of TikTok’s favorite shoes. And with their latest take on the silhouette, the brand is further iterating on this very concept, adding net inserts that are designed to be torn and destroyed.

One part of a likely larger “Alter & Reveal” pack, the pair surrounds the aforementioned layers with thick, robust suedes. As it dresses the toe and eyestay/heel, the texture is given a coat of black and tan, respectively, complementing well the deep reds that dye both the adjacent branding as well as the leather counter. The latter appears yet again along the toe, revealed once its exterior is cut. And while quite an interesting dynamic here, the motif is far more subdued along the mid-panel as it stacks white atop white.
