Jovani Hernandez Since arriving on the scene in 2012, the New Balance 990v3 has lived multiple lives. While a mainstay in rotations of individuals who prioritize function and comfort over fashion, the model has gained favor among “savvy” fashion consumers. Ahead of its 10th anniversary, the sneaker has been getting in-line and collaborative treatments.
For its latest proposition, the “sporty” design has indulged in a classic black, grey and white colorway. The titular tone takes over much of the premium pig suede and mesh that makes up the upper, while supporting hues predominantly appear across the ENCAP-cushioned sole unit. If any of the New Balance 992‘s popularity (which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2020) has trickled over to its newer counterpart, this upcoming general release is sure to sell-out immediately (and maybe even fetch a nice price on the after-market for those who part ways with it).
