Jovani Hernandez The Nike Air Max Plus continues to boast cult-like followings in the United Kingdom and Australia, and it’s been looking to expand its fanbase with recent non-original, but compelling styles.
Akin to previously surfaced iterations of Sean McDowell’s iconic design, as well as the Nike Air Force 1 Shadow, the upcoming pair indulges in a muted color palette. Yet, a statement is made via the grid-patterned mesh overlaid across the upper, which boasts shimmering metallic swooshes at the profiles. Whale tail-shaped shanks at the mid-foot and tongues follow suit, while non-standard branding on the sock-liner deviate in a vibrant blue tone. Air Max unit-variants underfoot round out the muted makeup with deep blue flair.
