The Ultra Boost remains one of adidas’ most notable offerings. And here, following Bond-grade colorways and collegiate themes, the silhouette is heating up in a way far more literal than it ever has.
The “Heat Map” nickname is more than self-explanatory. Clusters of red, yellow, green, and blue appear atop the construction’s key fixtures, gradating from the latter end to the former at every instance. Certain sections — the heel, for example — appear far larger in relation to the toe, side, and tongue, creating a rather believable emulation of an heat map. Elsewhere, the knit, heel clip, cage, and sole dress up in dark black so as not to distract from the aforementioned.

In other news, the Yeezy Boost 350v2 MX is coming in blue.
