“Light Green” Is Up Next For The New Balance XC-72

“Light Green” Is Up Next For The New Balance XC-72

The New Balance XC-72 has yet to become the brand’s “it” shoe, but it’s slowly building a roster of compelling styles. For its latest proposition, the sneaker has appeared in various shades of green.

Inspired by race cars, the low-top trainer features a mix of canvas and suede across its 1970s-appropriate design. Detailing at the center of the toe box deviate from its green surroundings in favor of a light blue that runs the length of the outsole. White and off-white accents across the upper further allow the aforementioned colors to revel in the spotlight, while trail-informed outsoles underfoot introduce a light gum brown makeup to New Balance‘s latest lifestyle proposition.

Enjoy images of the pair here below, as you wait for a NewBalance.com launch.

In related sneaker news, the New Balance 550 is set to drop in more colorways soon.
