While it’s very likely that adidas is currently working on innovation that’ll help define its next decade, years-old propositions like the adidas Forum Low continue to be pillars of the brand, having recently appeared in a grey and white colorway reminiscent of other made-for-basketball shoes from the 1980s.
Although high-quality leather is visible at the toe box and heel, grey suede makes up most of the newly-surfaced pair’s upper. Profile 3-Stripes, branding and tongues deviate from the greyscale makeup that appears at their surroundings with stark white contrast. Midsoles on the adidas Originals icon also opt for a “colorless” arrangement that allows for its complementary tread to revel in the titular grey hue.
Enjoy official images of the pair here below, and anticipate an adidas.com launch in the coming weeks.
