Wayward exterior lacing arrangements were all the rage in the world of DIY/custom sneakers at one point, with the great Virgil Abloh himself adding wide-lace placements on a number of his Off-White x Nike footwear. Serving purely an aesthetic purpose, these eccentric design choices have arrived directly from Nike Air Force 1 Low as we learn of three upcoming colorways of the LX model.

Thicker roped trail-style laces zig and zag its way around the lace collar, appearing down the medial, on the lateral Swoosh, and extending towards the heel in a knot. Custom tongue labels featuring the retro cursive logo appear, while the iconic Nike Swoosh forms via a shoelace itself. An all-white with orange and blue is expected, as is a true triple-white version and a monochromatic Sail.
