“Light Bordeaux” Animates The Nike Air Force 1 Low Ahead Of Spring

“Light Bordeaux” Animates The Nike Air Force 1 Low Ahead Of Spring

The Nike Air Force 1 Low has accomplished a lot over the last 40 years, but it continues to revisit two-tone colorways.

Recently, Bruce Kilgore’s design has emerged in handfuls of new styles via its Air Force 1 Mid trim, reverting to a simple “White/Light Bordeaux” arrangement on its shortest silhouette. Smooth synthetic leather construction throughout the upper indulges in the duo’s “colorless” tone, while profile swooshes and detailing on and around the tongue, collar and heel deviate in stark purplish contrast. Down below, the made-for-basketball sole unit borrows some of the top-half’s “Light Bordeaux” flair, as “AIR” detailing and tread opt for the titular hue.

A firm Nike.com release date hasn’t been confirmed by the brand yet, but that’s likely to change as spring inches closer. While you wait, enjoy official images of the pair ahead.

In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 4 “Infrared” arrives on May 12th.
