Save for its more iconic colorways and infrequent collaborations, it seems many overlook the Air Max 90. The silhouette is still a huge part of the Air Max family, though, and the brand pays appropriate homage with their continuous stream of GR offerings.
The latest is one of the shoe’s most simple, primarily leaning on black and white neutrals. For starters, the latter dresses the base and midsole, while also detailing the ribbed molds across the Air Unit. It’s then that its darker counterpart comes into play, darkening the velvety suedes and tumbled leathers that wrap the quarter and mudguard/vamp, respectively. Adjacent, the lace unit, lining, and part of the bottom, too, are colored similarly, while the Swoosh, Air Unit, and tip of the toe pop in their mint finish.

In other news, the JJJJound x New Balance 990v3 is releasing first on Thursday.
