First-Look At The Nike SB Dunk Low “Be True” 2022

First-Look At The Nike SB Dunk Low “Be True” 2022

As has become customary over the last handful of years, NIKE, Inc. has prepped another “Be True” collection for Pride Month 2022. While the full scope of the capsule has yet to be unveiled, an early look at an included Nike SB Dunk Low has been revealed.

Deviating from the vibrant, mostly-tonal propositions from 2021, the newly-surfaced pair indulges in a light-colored ensemble across much of its smooth leather upper and traditional sole unit. Closer inspection, however, reveals some playful details on the low-top Nike Dunk, as an extremely faint pink takes over most of the overlays throughout the shoe. The colors of the rainbow are recreated via the stitching that keeps the profile swooshes in place, matching the stitching on the heel and the “BE TRUE” text on the lateral heel well. Multi-color flair also animates the branding on the top of the tongue and the sock-liners, while solid yellow and green take over upper heel panels, respectively. Lastly, a neon-highlighted “Nike SB” logo appears in the center of the tried-and-proven traction underfoot.

Enjoy an early look at the pair here below, courtesy of Instagram user @apolloluo1976, and anticipate a Nike SNKRS release throughout June to coincide with Pride Month 2022.

Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, the Air Jordan 6 “UNC” is set to launch on March 5th.
