The Jumpman has used the Jordan Series to pay homage to a number of important figures and past moments, be it MJ’s mother, his coach, or the ’90s in general. With its latest appearance, however, the silhouette is instead celebrating the future, doing so atop not just one but two different colorways.
Though both may feature beads along their tongue and “DEAR FUTURE” across the side, the two are quite distinct from one another. Between their neutral hues, the pairs incorporate a series of pastels and earth tones. Atop one in particular, a light violet dresses the counter and the forefoot’s canvas strip, while tan marks the adjacent embroidery, contrast stitching, and lining. The shoe, then, builds out the rest of its base in white, contrasting the alternate’s silver finish. But besides this and the blacked out theme, the palette is not far estranged as it makes use of light brown accents.
For a closer look at the duo, check out the official images below. These, while TBD, should be hitting Nike.com and select retailers soon, so sit tight for further updates.
