Drake Spotted In Unnamed Nike Shoe Inspired By Zoom Flight 95

While we don’t quite know what to expect from the Toronto Raptors in their Playoffs run, what we can predict is a nightly Drake sighting on the sidelines. Now that the 6-God is burrowed in with Nike, with apparel collections and a NOCTA Hot Step footwear drop already under his belt, his fans are patiently awaiting what’s next from the NOCTA footwear line as the partnership continues to blossom.

Spotted by @nbakicks during the Raptors key victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, this brand new Nike shoe on Drake’s feet reveals a completely new silhouette with strong expression of the Zoom Flight 95’s DNA. The “bug eye” midsole, carbon fiber inlays and overlays, and the black suede upper are all signature details of that iconic basketball shoe, but it’s clear that the Nike Sportswear team devised a completely new lifestyle shoe possibly under the NOCTA umbrella.

It’s not the first instance of the Zoom Flight 95’s DNA crossing over into the Nike Sportswear division; in 2017, the midsole was repurposed and attached with a sock-like Flyknit upper for the Zoom Flight Bonafide.

While we wait for further details on this intriguing new sneaker, check out the official images of the 2022 retro of the actual Zoom Flight 95 sneaker.
