From Its Laces To Its Dubrae, This Nike Blazer Low Platform Is Brimming With Playful Design

There’s no better a time than Summer to experiment, and Nike has done that in spades. This Blazer Low Platform, for example, carries an extremely youthful energy, incorporating playful details across its laces and branding.

Most of the construction isn’t entirely unique, though, relying on the usual leather and suede build. But the colors — aside from the hits of white and grey — exude a Spring/Summer energy, as they alternate between deep greens, peach, and “Barely Volt.” And from the tongue label downwards, the details become increasingly more interesting: the branding itself sits atop a violet cloud, the laces feature ribbon-like frills, and the dubrae is made to resemble a friendship bracelet.

For a closer look, check out the official images below. These are slated to hit Nike.com and select retailers likely within the next few months.

In other news, the CLOT Air Jordan 5 Low is making a limited appearance this week.
