This Nike Air Max 90 Features Transparent Heel Tabs And Various Graphic Hits

The Nike Air Max 90 has been rather tame with its latest colorways, rarely ever delving beyond the norm. But here, as the shoe celebrates its debut year, the brand is incorporating new graphics and transparent heel tabs.

Due to the see-through finish, the heel tab’s usual details are more difficult to make out, though the general outline of the “Nike Air” is still readable if you look hard enough. It’s more likely you’ll be distracted by the graphic right underneath, which displays a bold “90” in complement to the tongue label’s own branding. And while much of the colorway is relatively bland, sporting off-white and light tan shades, the Swoosh and adjacent detailing are anything but: the panel itself features a blue, marble-like print, while “NIKE” and miniature checks are embroidered atop and adjacent, respectively.

For a closer look at this upcoming Air Max 90, see the official images below. Currently, no release date has been set, but we should learn more very soon.
