The Jordan Legacy 312 Low Hits Nostalgic Notes With “Fire Red”

The Jordan Legacy 312 Low Hits Nostalgic Notes With “Fire Red”

The Air Jordan 3 is one of several 1980s-era classic silhouettes that have collided to form the Jordan Legacy 312, a hybrid model that first debuted back in 2018. The Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 3, and Air Trainer 1 are the key standouts in this daring mash-up of icons, which is why the original colorways of those respective models seem to draw considerably more positive attention compared to the newer iterations.

This upcoming “Fire Red” take on the Jordan Legacy 312 Low displays the advantages of familiarity, and the timing couldn’t be better as the actual Air Jordan 3 “Fire Red” is set to debut this September. Featuring the same red rear midsole and ankle collar, this Legacy 312 Low exudes the Fire Red identity down to a tee, while a black toe-guard and heel-guard blend in some elements of the Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe”. A dark grey-on-black elephant print mudguard would’ve been a more precise take on the Fire Red 3s, but we digress.

This Jordan Legacy 312 Low is expected to launch on Nike.com soon for $140.
