Sneaker News Keep an eye on the adidas NMD_S1 from here on out, because the Three Stripes brand will place heavy emphasis on “Sneaker Number 1” moving forward. Already dropping in a select assortment of inline drops, and already expected to drop in collaboration with Phillip Leyesa aka @phillllllthy, the NMD_S1 has landed in the hands of Pharrell.
Set to release under Pharrell’s Humanrace umbrella, this upcoming NMD_S1 features a two-toned cream and light blue colorway with the familiar Humanrace text inked into the knit upper. The color-blocking sees an angular arrangement, emphasizing the heel of the shoe.
As the guest of honor for the highly anticipated cross-town rivalry between the Mets vs. Yankees, Pharrell threw out the ceremonial first pitch while wearing his upcoming collaboration. Stay tuned for more details; an official announcement is arriving soon.
