“Panda” Dunks Restock For The Family On December 10th

feature image

Love ’em or hate ’em, Nike’s two-tone “Panda” Dunks have become some of the most popular sneakers over the last two years. And with another restock set to occur on December 10th, they’re bound to show up on a street near you.

Although the late Peter Moore’s iconic design had previously appeared in a straightforward “White” and “Black” colorway, the current version took off in January 2021 as a women’s-exclusive shoe. Smooth leather makes up the entirety of the upper, with overlays across the forefoot, along the profiles and around the heel indulging in pitch-dark contrast. Re-releases of the pair have been frequent over the last 20 months, but the shoes haven’t returned without modifications.

Subsequent iterations of the Nike Dunk Low “Panda” have been part of the Swoosh’s “Next Nature” initiative, a sustainability-focused effort that manufactures some of the most beloved Nike Sportswear designs with at least 20% recycled components. Furthermore, the “yin-and-yang”-reminiscent color scheme has appeared flipped or in a different arrangement, but without losing connection to the social media-darling “Panda” look.

Since January 2021, “Panda” Dunks have become so popular that they’ve also been offered in Men’s, Kids’ and Toddler sizing. This update has only made the monochromatic kicks more ubiquitous on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with parents and their children posing together while all wearing the versatile style.

Enjoy images of the pair ahead, as you wait to try your luck at the shoes via Nike.com on Friday, December 10th. Pricing for the Nike Dunk is as follows:
• Men’s: $110 USD
• Women’s $110 USD
• Grade School: $90 USD
• Preschool: $65 USD
• Toddler: $50 USD
