In step with Jordan Brand’s pledge to spotlight local retailers and their communities, Jumpman’s first-ever collaboration on the African continent works in tandem with the aforementioned brand for an Air Jordan 2 Low proposition.

Founded in 2006 by Nick Herbert, the brand’s beginnings as a graffiti supply store were sewn from the bodacious art style that littered his home town of Kalk Bay, Capetown. Continuing to center its creative visualization around the medium, the brand’s “TEAM ONLY” spirit is bridging the gap between both the international and local market.

Indulging in a blank canvas that draws all graffiti artists near, smooth white leathers fill the mudguard and collar while a rugged suede finished in a “Light Bone” treatment presides along the entirety of the vamp, quarter and tongue construction. Proffering a single sampling of the tonal spectrum, a titular shade of “Safety Orange” anchors the laces, winged insignias placed on the tongues and “Shelflife” branded insoles. The silhouette’s molded heel counter in contrast sprouts a vibrant cream hue whereas the established orange tint returns to outfit sections of the tread and the “TEAM ONLY” embroidered tongue tabs stitched along the inner lining.
