Latest Details: Air Jordan 1 “UNC TOE”
—
UPDATED JULY 6TH, 2023: A SNKRS Shock Drop is confirmed for 2PM EST. 108,000 pairs are estimated to release.

With just over a month left in 2022, handfuls of more NIKE, Inc. products slated for the new year continue to surface. The latest?: An Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG featuring “University Blue” flair at the toe.
While an early mock-up of the pair depicts it with some similarity to the “Obsidian/University Blue” style that released in August 2019, the upcoming sneakers promise a shade of blue much closer to the University of North Carolina (UNC) friendly Air Jordan’s that’ve graced retail shelves since 1985. Furthermore, the rumored Air Jordan 1 is expected to boast the titular collegiate color at the toebox and outsole, design choices that if actualized, will further differentiate the shoe from previous releases. Panels around the forefoot, along the tongue and at the collar deliver “Black” contrast to the arrangement, harkening back to the “Black Toe” option that helped introduce Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker to the world 37 years ago.
