Sneaker News Multiple colorways of the Nike SB Nyjah 3 — such as the “Black/White” and “Enamel Green” — have surfaced following the sneaker’s reveal back in October. But unlike many of these, this newly-revealed option, which draws clear inspiration from Rastafari culture, tells a more personal story of the skateboarder’s upbringing.
A nod to Huston’s Rastafarian household, this Nike SB Nyjah 3 incorporates the three colors signature to the culture: red, yellow, and green. The trio is split up throughout the upper, painting various fixtures underneath and over top the shoe’s white-hued shell. Then, the tones come together across the two insoles: the left features a graphic inspired by a medal, while the right displays the silhouette of a Rastafarian.
