Jared Ebanks Louie Lopez has been a force in the skateboard scene since his early teenage years, taking form as a modern icon within the sports ecosystem and an immediate threat on the skating circuit. Having proffered a number of collaborative offerings with Converse over the years, Lopez and his Fucking Awesome entertainment entity have returned to debut the 28-year-olds first signature silhouette, the FA x Converse Louie Lopez Mid.
Coated in a clad velvet upper, a majority of the pair’s premium real estate encourages a dominant “Cyan Tint” outfit whereas jet-black contrasts create embossed and mirrored Fucking Awesome insignias at the tongue tabs. Color-matching the pitch-dark hue through its laces, tonal sole unit underfoot and his “L. Lopez” monicker at the heel counter, a luminous silver metallic outfit lays claim to the midfoot’s star chevron whereas its tooled tread encourages a gum conclusion.
